CHARMING LOW TEAK DESK
This charming low teak desk has an abundance of character and charm. Craftsmen of the past made it some years ago and constructed it using old teak wood. The layout provides one larger drawer above two smaller, each with a metal half turned shell handle. This vintage piece of furniture maybe small in stature but large in charm and appeal. We found it in the northern region of Basni, Jodpur and radiates fun.
Visual Description
A small low desk/table that has been made using old natural teak wood and crafted in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This piece has a natural patina which has enveloped over time. The small desk provides three drawers – one over two, each with a crafted metal shell handle. A most delightful small item of furniture that we discovered among a host of old school teak desks and benches and provides charm and appeal.
Uses
You could use this delightful item of furniture as intended as a desk and possibly in a child’s bedroom. A further option might be you use it as a display stand and utilise the drawers for storage of cards/letters.
