This stunning vintage blue sunburst cabinet originates out of a haveli in Ahmedabad, in the state of Gujarat where past artisan craftsman hand carved these extraordinary ‘sunburst’ teak doors to produce a very individual, attractive and eye-catching piece. The hand carved elements continue with both the upper and lower edging, with fine detailed patterns and the ‘diamond’ lower drawers. This exceptional cabinet has three fitted shelves, each with a front trim/edge creating four storage areas. An extraordinary and majestic item of furniture whose charm and appeal resonates throughout, bringing skilled craftsmanship and a flavour of a Mughal period into the home; simply stunning, original and a one-off item of furniture.
