LOW GRINDER TABLE
A wonderful low grinder table originating from Rajasthan that exudes much charm and character.
Visual Description
Constructed in native Indian hardwood, these pieces have an array of hand carved elements to their surround and resonate, history, place, culture and people. This particular piece has a dark cross through the middle, and star like design carved around the edge. It also has a slight repair to the edging and overall is a fairly pale honey colouring to it.
Uses
They were originally used as grinders – milling wheat and now make for interesting low tables or possibly as a plant stand.
