Craftsmen of the past made these wonderful vintage individual wooden boxes, which originate from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The craftsmen mainly constructed them from old teak wood enhancing their natural patina. Every box has a story, a life and journey led throughout the Thar desert, Rajasthan.

Visual Description

An array of wonderfully individual and original vintage boxes from Jodhpur. They are predominantly made from old teak wood, however, a few have been constructed with other hard woods. In addition, you will find a few with small inner compartments, while an array of hasps, metal work and styles have been used.

Uses

These boxes are in themselves attractive, and you can use them as stand alone items of furniture while of course can be utilised for storage purposes. A place for you to store your treasures and mementos.
