We found this large vintage teak trunk in amongst a stack of teak trunks on the outskirts of Jodhpur, north India. We chose it because “it’s another really nice one,”says Russ. Chunky and well-made, it has character and nice signs of its age, with brass fittings hinges, clasp, and handles. It has a small cubby shelf with hinged lid inside, with secret compartment underneath. A beautiful trunk with real warmth.
